Where available, your tracking number will have been provided in your despatch confirmation email (please check your junk folder if not received) however, if you do require further assistance with tracking, simply send us an email including your invoice/order number and tracking number.
Missing or Damaged Items?
If part of your order is missing, please send us an email including your order number explaining which item is missing along with a clear photo of your order paperwork.
If part of your order has arrived damaged, please send us an email including your order number explaining which item has been damaged with a clear photo of the damaged item and let us know if you would like us to send a replacement or issue you a refund.
