The web site was good, as was delivery. I have not used the products yet. (3mm and 6mm diameter stove rope). My only comment is that the 3mm rope has a stiffness about it, a bit like a pipe cleaner that has a wire down the centre of it, although whether that will have any impact on its use I have yet to find out.
