This Flashing provides a weather tight seal for Twin Wall insulated flue to pass through a tiled or slate roof.
The flexible silicone cone allows for movement in the pipe and is set at a 20 degree angle to allow adaptability to most roof pitches. The lead free aluminium base is designed to either mould to the contours of curved tiles or to be fastened under standard tiles or slate. The Flashing can be easily trimmed to size and secured in place with sealant or a Fixing Kit (sold separately). Use a Storm Collar a short distance above the Flashing to offer greater protection from the elements.
Please Note – The built in 20° pitch allows adaptability to almost any roof pitch including 45°. Only use maximum pipe diameters on minimal roof angles. For extreme pitch or surface irregularities select next larger size.
PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
This product has a low temperature resistance and therefore should not be installed within 5m of the stove. For this application you shall require a high temperature Flashing (sold separately). Suitable for use with all solid fuels as well as gas and oil appliances.

This product worked well for me. I used it on a 80mm dia outlet for a small gas water heater. The chimney passed through a Coroline corrugated bitumen roof – a little bit difficult to form it effectively over the corrugated sheets but it works, looks good and is watertight. I don’t think it was designed for corrugated sheets.
