You will get an instant answer regarding your application and be able to electronically sign the application to complete it. The final stage, once you have signed the agreement, is that a member of our team will give you a call to take the payment of the 10% deposit which needs to be paid in advance. Once this is paid, we will send you your goods - as simple as that.

What happens is my application is refused?
There are a number of reasons that an application might be turned down, including mis-typing and mis-entering details on the application form. You are able to appeal the decision and get more information and advice by contacting Novuna.

How long will it take to apply?
It usually only takes a matter of minutes to complete the form and in most cases a decision is instant and you can electronically sign the agreement.
