Installation & Operating Instructions

All of our stoves are shipped on a priority pallet delivery directly to you. For shipping cost (if applicable) just add the product to your basket and click the estimate shipping tab. Henley Stoves have operated within the stove industry for more than 20 years. During this time, they have established themselves as a forward-thinking, innovative company with a mission to revolutionise the stove industry. All Henley stoves are made from premium 8 to 12mm high grade steel, with a solid cast iron door to give a traditional feel; all handles are designed to be cool to touch and made from stainless steel. All steel stove bodies are cut on laser profile CNC machines to ensure they are accurate to 0.5mm tolerance and they only use seamless-welded construction. All multi-fuel grates come with a standard rotary riddle grate mechanism for easy cleaning and de-ashing purposes and fire retainers are made from high chrome silicone cast iron to give longer life.

We can provide more details on how to install this stove in our installations guides, just select the option below that suits your property

Stove Glass Accidental Damage Cover

Replacing damaged stove glass is something most stove owners will be familiar with, be it by closing the door on a protruding log, over-tightening the glass retaining clips or the natural heat expansion of the door, chances are you have had to purchase replacement glass for your wood burning stove at least once.

By adding Glowing Embers' Accidental Damage Cover, you have peace of mind that the potentially costly process of cutting and shipping a replacement glass is covered for when those accidental breakages occur.

Terms & Conditions

Glass Protection covers you for cracked or smashed stove glass for the period of time that you select. We cover you for accidental breakage for any reason for the length of time you selected but doesn't cover for any consequential loss or installation costs. Installation is usually an easy process, and our team can talk you through it. To claim against this protection, simply send us an email prior to the expiration date (either 1 or two years from the purchase date, depending upon which option you pick) with a photo clearly showing your stove with the broken glass. We may require measurements or a template from you to cut the replacement glass accurately and your provision of this when required is conditional on our fulfilment of this protection. The protection covers you for one replacement only within the set period, additional breakages (outside of breakage on delivery which will be covered free of charge) will fall outside of this protection. This only covers flat glass cut by Glowing Embers and does not cover curved or printed glass.

Stove Fitting Kit
